Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is processed, it will be fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful.
  • Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. The shipping time varies depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days, while international orders may take 10-20 business days.

Delivery Policy

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items ordered.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver your orders.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this number to track your package.
  • Customs and Import Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Next Level Pixels Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review our return policy:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@nextlevelpixels.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will work with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement for the correct item at no additional cost.
  • Returns: As our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Refunds are issued for items that arrive damaged or defective if a replacement is not feasible.
  • Incorrect Orders: Refunds are issued for incorrect orders if a replacement cannot be arranged.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the issue is resolved. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, orders are sent for processing and cannot be canceled.
  • Subscription Cancellations: If you subscribe to any of our services, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@nextlevelpixels.com. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
